Tan and Leah live alone at the opposite ends of a tropical island. On a rainy day they meet, and are initially thrown off by how different they are… However, their desire for connection is strong and they begin meeting and going on adventures together: they build a raft, visit a cave and more.
In order to develop their friendship they will have to learn to respect each others’ differences and accept the disparity in their views, which is not such an easy task, especially when you are very independent.

The different experiences they live together will allow their bond to become stronger and stronger (though not without ups and downs), so much so that they’ll eventually decide to build a house together, a nest in the middle of the island that will reflect both of their tastes and personalities.

A graphic novel set in a tropical island that shows us how meaningful relationships are built on compromise and respect of our differences.
